SonicX is a high-poly character sculpt created in ZBrush, reimagining Sonic with a more modern, stylized, and expressive design. The project focuses on stylized anatomy, clean silhouette construction, and the balance between hard and soft surface forms. The sculpt was developed through a full workflow of blockout, primary and secondary shapes, and polished detailing, resulting in a collectible-style character with sharper spikes, dynamic proportions, and expressive facial structure.
After completing the sculpt, the model was transferred into Maya, where I created a simple custom rig, posed the character, and set up lighting and scene composition to produce clean, presentation-ready renders.
This project demonstrates skills in high-poly sculpting, stylized character design, form refinement, scene presentation, and preparing a sculpt for posing and final rendering across multiple software.
