This dagger was created as a full game ready asset using a complete production pipeline starting in Maya and finishing with realistic PBR texturing in Substance Painter. The model was built from scratch with clean hard surface techniques, including a detailed high poly mesh, an optimized low poly version, and a fully organized UV layout designed for efficient baking. All maps were baked inside Substance Painter and the textures were crafted using layered PBR materials that define metal, leather, and micro surface detail. The final result is a believable real time weapon asset and the project demonstrates skills in modeling, high and low poly workflows, UV mapping, baking, PBR texturing, and creating production ready 3D props.
